By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.
General
When inquiring about my commissions, asking for a quote, or any other questions you may have, you can contact me through my Discord or Instagram private messages that are both under the name sharpiegremlin.
Please make sure you have a clear reference of your character ready when asking for a quote or commission so I can price accordingly. I am able to work with colour palettes, sketches, descriptions etc, but a clear image of the character is easier for me to work with.
I will provide you with WIPs if requested, but by default I will show you a clear image of each stage (sketch, line-art, colour) to make sure you're happy with how the piece looks so far. in some cases I may have multiple sketch ideas and ask you to choose one. I cannot continue with the art until you've chosen your preferred sketch.I I'm able to change parts you're dissatisfied with, and I won't continue work on the next stage until you're happy. However, please try to avoid asking for major changes in the later stages (E.G: changing the expression or hairstyle during the colouring stage).
Personal Boundaries
I have the rights to refuse a commission.
I may not interact, or even feel inclined to block you if you ask for any NSFW from me.
If I ask you to repeat something or explain on more detail, I am just making sure i get your commission as accurate as possible. I am autistic, and sometimes may not understand what you mean.
I am currently in education, which I prioritize over my commissions. This may also cause delays, so please be patient with me.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal and require at least 75% payment before I begin the sketch. After I receive full payment I will begin the rest of the piece. You may also pay 100% upfront if preferred.
Please send your payment in the correct currency (£/GBP).
If you would like to send a tip and are using PayPal, please send it through F&F (friends and family) to avoid PayPal taxing your tip :)
Refund Policy
Once I have finished the sketch, I no longer offer refunds.
However, in some cases if I feel I am unable to complete the commission I will offer a refund.
Copyright
I own the original work, and the copyrights to it.
I may use the same pose for other commissions.
I have the right to share my art on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and may use your artwork as an example on my portfolio. If you have any problems with this, please contact me before I complete the piece.You own the character rights, and rights to personal use only.
You may print the work out and post it on social media, but please credit me.
You have no commercial rights, you may not edit the art, someone else may not edit the art, you may not turn any of my art into an NFT or anything similar. You may not use my work for AI art.
If selling a character with my art alongside it, you may not charge any more than what you paid me.
